Acted as the clients' advocate while leading internal teams to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction for non-standard outsourcing, maintenance, and hosting contracts. Re-engineered internal deployment and production processes for each customer, as necessary, to customize service delivery to address specific business issues.

- For one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world: All North American locations within a Global Contract for maintenance and professional services involving international coordination (internal and external), legacy Cisco contracts, and a complex deployment involving multiple third parties
- For one of the largest municipal Health Departments in the country: Hosting for one of the first CDC funded Health Alert Network Systems requiring interdivisional coordination and a complex deployment

- For a prestigious law firm who lost three floors on September 11, 2001 at the World Trade Center: Lead the disaster recovery engagement to rebuild their IT function and infrastructure while fulfilling duo roles as Project Manager and the firm's IT Director (8 months).
- Managed strategic and tactical planning and coordinated the combined efforts of Dimension Data, Microsoft, Dell, EMC, CMS, iManage, Interface, NSI, ADP, and other consulting firms
- Implemented a temporary solution to provide immediate I.T. business functionality (50% of staff back to work in 1 week and 100% in less than 2 weeks)
- Restored full IT functionality while redesigning and upgrading the total environment
- For an international law firm with offices in the United States, Europe and Asia: Deployed a new infrastructure for New York office relocation consisting of 94 Cisco switches and routers, a Network Management System, and Cisco IP/TV Servers for over a thousand users on 19 floors and implemented a fully redundant WAN redesign
